Grab Q2 FY26 profit swings to $235 million; revenue rises 22% to $997 million

GRAB•Grab posted Q2 2026 revenue of $997 million, up 22% year-over-year; operating profit climbed to $19 million.
Profit for the period swung to $235 million, boosted by a $307 million one-time gain from consolidating Superbank in June 2026.
On a non-IFRS basis, adjusted EBITDA rose 54% to $168 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 3.6 percentage points to 16.9%.
On-Demand GMV increased 21% to $6.5 billion; monthly transacting users rose 17% to 53.9 million.
Grab raised FY 2026 revenue guidance to $4.10 billion-$4.15 billion; authorized a new $750 million share repurchase program.
