Grace Therapeutics will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing five directors to one-year terms.
Agenda items also include:
- An advisory vote on executive compensation
- Ratifying KPMG as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027
- An advisory vote on the frequency of future executive pay votes, with the board backing a one-year interval
