Grace Therapeutics prices USD 10 million private placement at USD 2.1 per share

Grace Therapeutics said it priced a $10 million private placement of 4,761,904 common shares at $2.10 per share.

The company said the deal is expected to close on Aug. 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Grace Therapeutics said proceeds from the offering are earmarked for manufacturing and regulatory work for GTx-104 and that the financing is expected to extend its cash runway to end-2028.

The shares were sold in an unregistered transaction, and the company said it plans to file a resale registration statement with the SEC.
