Business combination and trust account update
Graf Global entered a Business Combination Agreement with BIG3 on June 12, 2026, including a planned domestication to Delaware ahead of closing.
Shareholders redeemed 14,590,367 shares at about $10.86 each in the extension vote, leaving about $91.4 million in the trust account.
