Grafton Resources Adds Mining CEO to Board and Signs C$820K Chile Silver-Copper LOI
Grafton Resources appointed Merlin Marr-Johnson, geology graduate and Fitzroy Minerals CEO, to its board following Michelle Bikic’s resignation. The company signed a non-binding LOI to acquire 100% of Chile’s Silver One project for C$820,000 (C$100,000 cash plus 800,000 shares at C$0.90), citing waste dump grades averaging 296 g/t Ag and 2.6% Cu.
