Grail publishes PATHFINDER 2 presentation on multi-cancer detection in adults aged 65 and older
GRAL•Grail published PATHFINDER 2 results for its Galleri test in adults aged 65 and older. The test detected 41.9% of cancers diagnosed within 12 months, with 99.44% specificity and a 56.9% positive predictive value.

Grail published a presentation on PATHFINDER 2 results for its Galleri multi-cancer early detection test in adults aged 65 and older. Cancer was confirmed in 116 of 204 participants who tested positive. Adding Galleri to USPSTF grade A/B screening increased screen-detected cancers 9.9-fold, to 129 from 13. Among newly diagnosed primary cancers detected by Galleri, 69.3% were stage I-III, and 84.3% of those received curative-intent treatment.
