Grain Management completed its acquisition of T-Mobile’s nationwide 800 MHz spectrum portfolio on Aug. 11, 2026.
The deal makes Grain the owner of a large privately held low-band spectrum position, covering the full US with about 14 MHz of blended depth.
Grain plans to pursue commercial deployments for the Band 26 asset, targeting private wireless, enterprise connectivity, and direct-to-device satellite uses.
