Archer-Daniels-Midland beat Wall Street estimates for second-quarter adjusted profit on Tuesday, as the company benefited from higher margins in its grain trading business.
The Chicago-based company posted an adjusted profit of $1.84 per share for the three months ended June 30, compared with analysts' average estimate of $1.44, according to data compiled by LSEG.
