Grande Group names Leung Lau independent director and audit committee chair
GRAN•Grande Group appointed Leung Lau as an independent director and audit committee chair effective October 16, 2026, replacing Henry Cheuk Sang Wong, whose resignation takes effect October 15.
1. Board changes
Lau will also join the compensation and nominating committees. He has been a manager at Ding Xin Certified Public Accountant since August 2023 and has more than 15 years of audit, accounting and financial management experience.
