Granite Construction appointed George L. Nash, Jr. to its board on Aug. 5, 2026, with a term running to the 2028 annual meeting.
Nash will serve on the audit/compliance committee, also the risk committee.
The board determined Nash meets New York Stock Exchange independence standards.
