Granite Construction called $273.3 million of its 3.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028 for redemption on Aug. 10, 2026.
Noteholders can convert through Aug. 6, 2026; conversions are to be settled with cash up to $2,617.40 per $1,000 principal, with the remainder in shares.
Observation period adjusted after market disruption events
Market disruption events on July 9-10 removed those days from the 50-day observation period, extending it to Aug. 10, 2026.
Settlement for notes converted in connection with the redemption is expected on Aug. 12, 2026.
