Granite Point Mortgage Trust ups JPMorgan repurchase facility cap to $727 million
GPMT•Granite Point Mortgage Trust amended its JPMorgan repurchase facility agreements on Sept. 30, 2026, increasing the maximum facility amount to $727 million.
1. Facility changes
The amendments revise principal payment waterfall mechanics for newly added purchased assets and modify the minimum Interest Expense Coverage Ratio covenant. The newly added assets were previously financed under repurchase facilities with Citibank and Morgan Stanley Bank.
