Granite Ridge expands board, appoints Jonathan Adams and John Cocke as independent directors

Granite Ridge expanded its board to nine directors. Jonathan Adams joined as an independent director effective Aug. 19, 2026.
Adams is chief investment officer at Mt. Vernon Investments, a Dallas family office. He previously served as investment director.
John Cocke also joined as an independent director effective Aug. 19, 2026. He is a partner at Corbin Capital Partners.
Cocke serves as deputy CIO for credit at Corbin. He previously worked at UBS Investment Bank.
