GTAO•Grayscale Bittensor Trust entered an amendment to its BitGo custodial services agreement on Sept. 30, 2026, and moved its TAO holdings under a new BitGo custodian agreement.
The trust terminated its prior BitGo custodial agreement and became party to a BitGo custodian agreement for its TAO holdings. The filing says the trust must indemnify BitGo and its affiliates against certain losses. BitGo may suspend operations and choose a branch in the event of a blockchain fork; Coinbase may temporarily suspend services and decide whether to support either branch, and the trust must indemnify Coinbase and its affiliates against certain losses.
