Great Pacific Gold Hits 38.4m at 2.23 g/t AuEq, Extends Mineralization
Great Pacific Gold drilled 38.40m at 2.23 g/t AuEq from 12.3m at its Kavasuki target on New Britain, including 2.23m at 10.31 g/t AuEq and 2.20m at 16.24 g/t AuEq. A follow-up hole cut 60m of mineralization, reinforcing a coherent near-surface system 1km north of Sinivit.
1. KVH-03 Drill Highlights
Great Pacific Gold’s KVH-03 at Kavasuki intercepted 38.40m of 2.23 g/t AuEq from 12.3m, including 2.23m at 10.31 g/t AuEq and 2.20m at 16.24 g/t AuEq, confirming broad zones of silica flooding, quartz veining and brecciation near surface.
2. Structural Model Validation
The results validate the revised west- to west-northwest dipping structural model, suggesting continuity of mineralization approximately 1km north of the Sinivit deposit along the Wild Dog structural corridor.
3. KVH-04 and Future Plans
KVH-04 drilled 20m down-dip from KVH-03 intersected roughly 60m of mineralization; assays are pending and will guide deeper targeting and resource estimation at the Wild Dog project.
