Greene County Bancorp redeemed USD 10 million of its 3.00% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due Sept. 15, 2031.
Redemption price was set at 100% of principal, with accrued and unpaid interest to, excluding, Sept. 15, 2026.
USD 20 million of the notes remains outstanding.
Cash on hand funded the redemption.
