GLND•Greenland Energy extended both Jameson Land exploration-well longstop dates to Dec. 31, 2028, and will pay 80 Mile £500,000 within five business days of the deed’s effective date.

Greenland Energy extended the Jameson Land Basin farm-out timetable with 80 Mile, assuming its subsidiary’s rights and obligations under the agreement. Greenland Energy will handle project-specific drilling permits and approvals at its own cost, while 80 Mile remains responsible for other government consents.
