Greenland Mines priced a public offering of 4,000,000 common shares, raising about USD 20 million in gross proceeds.
Closing is expected around Aug. 27, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Net proceeds are earmarked for acquiring the Sarfartoq Nd-Pr Rare Earth Element Project, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners served as sole placement agent.
