Greenland Mines raises AnorTech stake to 19.9% with US$5.3 million share exchange
GRML•Greenland Mines exercised an option to buy an additional 9.9% of AnorTech for about US$5.3 million, paid in Greenland Mines shares, raising its stake to 19.9%.
1. Stake increase
The transaction covers 25,168,669 AnorTech common shares at a deemed price of C$0.30 each. The approximately US$5.298 million (C$7.55 million) consideration was satisfied by issuing Greenland Mines common shares, bringing its total AnorTech holding to 45,127,172 shares.
