Greenland Mines Showcases $68 B Skaergaard Project, Joins Brussels Summit Roundtable

Greenland Mines will present at the EIT RawMaterials Summit in Brussels May 19–21, with President Bo Møller Stensgaard joining a May 20 roundtable on resource-efficient mining. The company has engaged GTK Mintec for a comprehensive mineralogical, metallurgical and pilot-scale processing program and plans a multi-technical field campaign including a 30–50 tonne bulk sample to advance its $68 billion in-situ Skaergaard resource.

1. Summit Participation

President Bo Møller Stensgaard will join the EIT RawMaterials Summit in Brussels from May 19 to 21 and participate in a May 20 roundtable on “Mined Once – Utilised in Full,” engaging policymakers, investors and technology developers on maximizing resource recovery.

2. GTK Mintec Partnership

Greenland Mines has engaged GTK Mintec under a framework agreement to conduct an integrated mineralogical, metallurgical, hydrometallurgical and pilot-scale processing program for the Skaergaard Project at Outokumpu, Finland, targeting optimized recovery of multiple metals.

3. Skaergaard Resource Overview

The Skaergaard Project hosts an NI 43-101 Mineral Resource with a gross in-situ contained metal value of approximately $68 billion at February 2026 prices, including gold, palladium and platinum, with potential by-products such as vanadium, gallium, iron and titanium under evaluation.

4. 2026 Field Campaign Plans

The company is preparing a large 2026 field campaign encompassing resource expansion drilling, geotechnical characterization, environmental baseline studies and collection of a 30–50 tonne bulk sample to support processing flowsheet development and detailed resource characterization.
