Greenland Mines special shareholder meeting adjourned without vote

Greenland Mines held a reconvened special shareholder meeting on Aug. 7, 2026.

The earlier adjournment proposal was approved, authorizing the chair to adjourn the meeting. Using that authority, the chair adjourned the meeting to Sept. 3, 2026, with no additional business conducted.

No shareholder votes were taken at the Aug. 7 reconvened meeting.
