Greenlane deconsolidates units after Florida creditor assignment for liquidation

The preliminary deconsolidation removes $594,573 in assets and $3.75 million in liabilities, raises equity by $3.16 million, and narrows pro forma 2025 net loss to $48.12 million from $85.58 million.

Greenlane Holdings’ key operating subsidiaries made Florida assignments for the benefit of creditors on Sept. 30, 2026, and an assignee took control of substantially all their assets for liquidation, triggering deconsolidation. The preliminary pro forma adjustments remove $594,573 in assets and $3.75 million in liabilities from the June 30, 2026 balance sheet, producing a $3.16 million increase in equity; pro forma 2025 net loss narrows to $48.12 million from $85.58 million after the subsidiaries’ results are removed.
