Greenlane said directors Michael Howe and Donald Hunter will step down from the board effective Aug. 31, 2026.
Both will also resign from board committees, including the audit committee and compensation committee.
Hunter served as audit committee chair. Howe served as compensation committee chair.
The resignations were not tied to any disputes over the company’s operations, policies, or practices.
