GreenPointe broke ground on a lakefront amenity center for Brystol North, a single-family neighborhood within the 1,970-acre Wylder community in Port St. Lucie.
The amenity center is scheduled to open in early 2027, expanding recreational infrastructure for residents across Brystol North and Brystol South.
Brystol North homes by Dream Finders and Lennar are priced from the upper $300s, spanning about 1,500-3,600 square feet.
Brystol North and Brystol South cover about 315 acres within Wylder, with nearly 1,000 planned homesites.
