GreenPower Motor delays annual Form 20-F filing for fiscal 2026 after securities issuances, auditor change
GP•Annual filing delay
GreenPower filed a late notice for its annual Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2026, missing the July 31 deadline.
It expects to file within the Rule 12b-25 extension period of 15 calendar days from the due date.
Reasons for the delay
The company said the delay is tied to June 30 issuances of common shares, Series A preferred shares and Series B preferred shares, which absorbed management time.
A first-year audit by a new accounting firm also added review time, including responses to comments from current and former auditors.
Reported results not expected to change
GreenPower said no changes are expected to reported revenue of 16.39 million, gross profit of 9.22 million, operating loss of 4 million and net loss of 5.48 million.
