GreenPower signs LOI with Invisible Urban Charging on integrated EV fleet solutions
GP•GreenPower entered a non-binding letter of intent with Invisible Urban Charging to develop integrated electric-fleet solutions. IUC has secured more than $2.5 billion for its electric mobility program.
1. Fleet solutions framework
The companies plan to assess pairing GreenPower vehicles with IUC charging infrastructure, software, operations support and capital solutions for fleet customers. Their review will cover vehicle specifications, production capacity, delivery assumptions and coordinated customer proposals, subject to definitive agreements. The framework also includes evaluating local body-building or assembly in markets where IUC is expanding.
