Greystar enters Italy with 400-bed student housing development in Bologna
ING•Greystar acquired its first Italian development site for a 400-bed student housing project in central Bologna. ING provided €45 million in financing, and Greystar is targeting at least 2,500 student beds across Europe by the end of 2027.

Greystar acquired its first Italian development site for a 400-bed student housing project in central Bologna, making Italy its ninth European market. ING provided €45 million through a green construction facility and a VAT facility. Construction will begin immediately, with Di Vincenzo Dino & C. as general contractor. Greystar is targeting at least 2,500 student beds by the end of 2027.
