Grifols names Joanna Susan Le Couilliard as audit committee chair

Grifols named Joanna Susan Le Couilliard to its board, filling the vacancy left by Iñigo Sánchez-Asiaín Mardones.
Sánchez-Asiaín resigned for professional reasons, effective July 29, 2026, stepping down as audit committee chair.
Le Couilliard, a Cambridge Natural Sciences graduate and chartered accountant, has more than 20 years of healthcare management experience across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. She was appointed audit committee chair.
Montserrat Muñoz Abellana joined the strategy committee, replacing Sánchez-Asiaín.
