At the end of September, net leverage declined year over year to 3.98x and liquidity increased to EUR 2.14 billion. Grifols said its full-year 2026 guidance remains unchanged after nine-month performance in line with expectations.
3. Egypt operations
The company said its Egyptian operations remain on track to collect approximately one million liters of plasma in 2026.
