Zage sold 330,000 shares at $12.78 each on Nov. 2 and 170,000 shares at $13.03 each on Nov. 3. His direct holdings fell to 6,127,743 shares after the transactions; he also held shares indirectly through an LLC and Tiga Eighty-Eight.
