Hart’s background

Hart is on the investment team for the Acacia funds managed by Conifer Management, one of Group 1’s largest shareholders. He previously served as a portfolio manager at Glenville Capital Management. Hart also worked as a senior research analyst at The Haverford Trust Company.

Group 1 Automotive appointed Benjamin Hart to its board, effective Nov. 1, 2026. The board will expand to 11 directors from 10.
