ASUR reported 1Q26 total passenger traffic up 1.9% YoY with double-digit growth in Colombia (11.0%) while Mexico and Puerto Rico saw flat and 2.2% declines respectively. Consolidated EBITDA fell 6.5% to Ps.5,353.6 million and adjusted margin narrowed to 64.1%, with net income down 19.6% to Ps.2,926.4 million.

1. Passenger Traffic Trends

Total passenger traffic rose 1.9% YoY driven by an 11.0% increase in Colombia (domestic +12.1%, international +7.7%), while Mexico remained flat at –0.1% and Puerto Rico declined 2.2%.

2. Financial Performance

Total revenue reached Ps.8,858.1 million, up 0.8%, and commercial revenue per passenger increased 4.7% to Ps.153.6. Consolidated EBITDA declined 6.5% to Ps.5,353.6 million, adjusted margin narrowed to 64.1% from 70.0%, and net income fell 19.6% to Ps.2,926.4 million with EPS down 20.0%.

3. Liquidity and Capital Structure

Cash and equivalents stood at Ps.13,811.7 million versus Ps.22,681.2 million a year earlier, while net debt rose to Ps.13,528.2 million, yielding a 0.8x net debt/LTM EBITDA ratio. Capex totaled Ps.544.3 million, a 15.7% reduction.

4. U.S. Consolidation Impact

This quarter marks the first full consolidation of ASUR US Commercial Airports, contributing Ps.437.7 million in revenue and affecting YoY comparability for total revenue and traffic metrics.
