Grupo Simec’s net income attributable to controlling interests rose year on year to Ps. 4.03 billion in the first nine months of 2026. Net sales increased 10% to Ps. 24.57 billion, driven by higher shipments despite lower average prices. In the third quarter, net income more than tripled to Ps. 1.71 billion, primarily due to an exchange-profit swing, while operating profit fell 10% to Ps. 1.04 billion.
