Exchange Traded Concepts launched the Climate-Resilient REIT Index ETF (CLIM) with Climate Global, broadening GTLL’s thematic ETF lineup. GTLL’s portfolio companies saw QSE secure invitations to several cybersecurity conferences, Argo’s Smart Routing™ achieve 4.2× the global transit benchmark, and Tap Global directors lock 63% of issued capital until March 2029.

1. CLIM ETF Launch

Exchange Traded Concepts introduced the Climate-Resilient REIT Index ETF (CLIM) developed with Climate Global. The ETF aims to track a basket of real estate investment trusts with metrics for climate adaptation and resilience, expanding GTLL’s exposure to sustainable real estate assets.

2. QSE Conference Participation

Quantum Secure Encryption Corp. secured invitations to several major cybersecurity and post-quantum security conferences scheduled throughout 2026. This expanded engagement aligns QSE with industry, government and enterprise stakeholders as the transition to post-quantum cryptographic standards accelerates.

3. Argo Smart Routing Efficiency

Argo’s Smart Routing™ technology delivered 4.2× the global on-demand transit efficiency benchmark based on analysis of 130 services across 22 countries. This performance underscores potential improvements in route optimization and operational cost savings.

4. Tap Global Share Lock-In

Tap Global Group’s board and senior leadership locked in shares representing 63% of issued capital for a minimum of three years. Under this agreement, these shares cannot be sold on the open market until March 2029, with permanent sale restrictions thereafter.
