Guardforce AI delays shareholder meeting to Nov. 3 due to lack of quorum
GFAI•Guardforce AI postponed its October 27 extraordinary shareholder meeting to November 3 after attendance represented 10,208,461 ordinary shares, or 31.94% of eligible votes, below the one-third quorum requirement.
1. Meeting postponed
Guardforce AI will reconvene the meeting at 11 a.m. Hong Kong time, with in-person and virtual participation. If a quorum is still absent after 30 minutes, shareholders present and entitled to vote will constitute a quorum; existing proxies remain valid.
