Guardian Pharmacy Services posted Q2 net income of $22.1 million, more than doubled year over year, including an $8.5 million payor-dispute settlement.
- Revenue rose 2% from a year earlier to $351.8 million.
- Residents served climbed 8% to about 210,000.
- Adjusted EBITDA increased to $29.7 million from $25 million a year earlier.
- Diluted EPS was $0.34.
Guidance and business updates
The company raised its FY 2026 guidance to revenue of $1.43 billion-$1.45 billion and lifted its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $129 million-$131 million.
Guardian Pharmacy also completed the acquisition of Wellness Concepts in Virginia and launched a greenfield pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky, its first location in the state.
