GXO Logistics posted the Q2 2026 earnings call transcript from an event attended by CEO Patrick Kelleher, CFO Mark Suchinski, and Chief Strategy Officer Kristine Kubacki.
Q2 revenue was $3.4 billion, with organic growth of 3.4%.
Adjusted EBITDA was $219 million and adjusted EPS was $0.59.
Adjusted EBITDA margin was 6.4%.
New business wins were $410 million, up more than 30% year over year.
The pipeline rebounded to $2.7 billion, and the company said it secured more than $1 billion in incremental revenue for 2026.
Guidance and automation update
GXO reaffirmed 2026 guidance for 4%-5% organic growth.
Adjusted EBITDA guidance was narrowed to $945 million-$965 million.
On humanoid robots, management said there are zero in production this year, 45 pilots completed, and that production deployment looks to be about two years away.
