GXO formed a four-member Defense Advisory Board featuring Rob Dickerson, Kurt Gutierrez, Chad Hennings and Rear Admiral Jonathan Yuen to advise on advanced aerospace and defense logistics solutions. This board aligns with GXO’s accelerating pipeline of contracts with BAE Systems, Pratt & Whitney, RTX and Boeing to drive sector expansion.

1. Board Formation and Purpose

GXO has established a four-member Defense Advisory Board to guide its expansion of advanced logistics solutions for the aerospace and defense industries. The board will deliver actionable industry insights, strategic guidance on growth opportunities and strengthen operational resilience across GXO’s tech-enabled supply chain services.

2. Advisory Board Members

The board comprises Rob Dickerson, a retired U.S. Army Colonel and aviation business developer; Kurt Gutierrez, a former West Point officer and seasoned operations and finance executive; Chad Hennings, ex-Air Force pilot and entrepreneur; and Rear Admiral Jonathan A. Yuen, ex-chief of Navy logistics and McKinsey supply chain advisor.

3. Strategic Outlook and Contracts

This initiative complements GXO’s expanding pipeline of aerospace and defense programs, including agreements with BAE Systems, Pratt & Whitney, RTX and Boeing. With EN 9120 certification at its Dormagen, Germany facility and the Wincanton acquisition unlocking European markets, GXO is positioned for accelerated growth in mission-critical logistics.
