H2O America completes Texas Water Company acquisition of Quadvest assets
HTO•H2O America’s Texas utility unit completed its acquisition of all Quadvest assets, more than doubling its Texas water and wastewater connections. Texas customers are projected to grow to 26% of the total customer base by 2029, from 8% before Oct. 1.
1. Texas expansion
The acquisition expands H2O America’s scale in Hill Country and Houston-area communities. Quadvest staff and local leadership were retained, and customer service continues without interruption.
