Hafnia completed the private placement of 35,488,875 ordinary shares at NOK 80 per share, generating gross proceeds of about USD 300 million. Net proceeds are intended to bolster the balance sheet tied to TORM stake-building and fund additional strategic options. Settlement is expected around Sept. 28, initially through delivery of existing shares under a share-lending deal, which will later be replaced with newly issued shares.
