Hagerty reported Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.10, beating the $0.01 analyst consensus. Net income was $36 million, and total revenue fell 9% year over year, reflecting the transition to the Markel Fronting Arrangement.
The company raised its 2026 net income outlook to $48 million–$60 million from $18 million–$30 million, and its adjusted EBITDA outlook to $305 million–$315 million from $270 million–$280 million. Hagerty expects written premium growth of 16%–17% and total revenue to decline 7%–8%.
Hagerty said record growth in written and earned premiums, driven by new member additions, supported results. It said the Markel Fronting Arrangement transition reduced reported revenue but increased profitability; 83% year-to-date growth in auction sales was offset by lower inventory sales.
