Hain Celestial appoints Patricia Ferrari and Richard Shinder to board

Hain Celestial appointed Patricia Ferrari and Richard Shinder as directors, effective October 11, 2026. Shervin J. Korangy and Carlyn R. Taylor resigned effective October 9.

1. Board changes

Ferrari, formerly a managing director at MBIA, joined the Compensation and Strategy committees. Shinder, co-founder and partner at Ensis Partners, joined the Audit and Strategy committees. Korangy resigned after his recently announced appointment as Fresenius Medical Care CEO; Taylor cited other professional commitments, including her role as Sirva CEO.
