1. 2026 outlook and buybacks
Haleon said 2026 organic revenue growth is now expected to be around 2.5%, while it continues to expect high-single-digit growth in adjusted operating profit at constant currency. The company allocated a further £500 million to share buybacks, which it expects to complete by its full-year results in February 2027. Third-quarter organic revenue growth was below expectations due to weaker cough, cold and flu consumption; a raw-material classification change also affected Centrum products registered as over-the-counter in China. Haleon expects accelerating its Brazil go-to-market model in the fourth quarter to reduce group net revenue by about £15 million to £20 million.
