Haleon priced a cash tender offer to repurchase its USD 2 billion 3.375% Fixed Rate Senior Notes due March 2027.
Holders tendered USD 1.34 billion in principal; accepted notes are to be bought at USD 996.23 per USD 1,000.
The offer expired Aug. 18; settlement is targeted for Aug. 21, subject to completing a new USD senior notes offering.
