Halim Holdings unit Pan Ocean signs $160 million shipping contract with Vale
VALE•Pan Ocean signed a KRW 211.73 billion freight contract with Vale International, equivalent to 3.9% of Pan Ocean’s latest annual revenue. Iron ore shipments from Brazil to China and other destinations are scheduled from April 16, 2027, to April 16, 2032.

Halim Holdings subsidiary Pan Ocean signed a KRW 211.73 billion freight contract with Vale International on October 22, 2026. The contract represents 3.9% of Pan Ocean’s latest annual revenue and covers iron ore shipments from Brazil to China and other destinations from April 16, 2027, to April 16, 2032.
