Hall Chadwick Acquisition and REEcycle unveil proposed board
HCAC•Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp. and REEcycle named four proposed board nominees; the seven-member board is expected to include five independent directors.
1. Proposed board
The proposed REEcycle board nominees are Michael McMullen, Justin Froneman, Amaryllis Kennedy and Charles McConnell. The board is expected to have seven directors, five of whom are expected to qualify as independent.
