Hallador Energy amends Texas Capital Bank credit agreement to adjust EBITDA definition for up to $10 million add-back

Hallador Energy entered a Third Amendment to its Credit Agreement on Aug. 11, 2026.
Texas Capital Bank remains administrative agent for the lender group under the amended facility.
The amendment revises the EBITDA definition to allow add-backs tied to power purchase agreement exclusivity payments.
The add-back is capped at $10 million for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026.
