Halozyme climbs on Dutch court win against Merck's injected Keytruda
HALO•Halozyme said a Dutch court injunction stops the manufacture, sale and import of Merck's subcutaneous Keytruda in eight European markets; its shares rose 1.4% premarket.
1. Dutch court injunction
Halozyme said the court found that Merck infringes its EP622 patent and rejected Merck's claim that the patent is invalid. The injunction does not cover intravenous Keytruda, which Halozyme said remains available to patients.
