Third-quarter GAAP diluted earnings rose 41% year over year to $2.01 per share, while royalty revenue climbed 44% to $341 million. Halozyme raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $1.86 billion–$1.93 billion, representing 33%–38% growth over 2025.
