Hannon Armstrong joins Invenergy in equity partnership for 2.7-GW U.S. renewables portfolio

Hannon Armstrong closed a strategic equity partnership with Invenergy covering a 2.7-GW U.S. portfolio of solar, solar-with-battery storage, and wind projects.

Invenergy keeps control and majority ownership, remaining operator across the portfolio.

Ten projects span seven states, with more than 850 MW operating; remaining capacity targets commercial operation by Q1 2027.

Hannon Armstrong will fund each project at commercial operation; assets are backed by long-term contracts with investment-grade offtakers.
